RaceFest offers the opportunity to experience a community event full of tradition, goodwill and a feel-good vibes.The event includes a Half Marathon, 10K & 10K Relay is BACK!! ALL types of participants take part in the day's events, from the veteran runner to the first timer, the elite to the "I just want to finish." This is the only race that highlights the best of Lake Norman.

Strawberry Sprint and Stroll 5K & Fun Run
The event will start and end at the tap house, beginning at 9 am and finishing around 12pm. The funds help cover household expenses including housing, utilities, transportation, and groceries/necessities. Go Jen Go was founded by Joe & Jen Pagani, a Charlotte mom and Ironman athlete who lost her battle with breast cancer in 2014. Her legacy continues as we help cover the day-to-day finances so families can focus on their fight against breast cancer. Created by the Carolina Panthers and Atrium Health Foundation, the Keep Pounding initiative supports cancer research efforts throughout Atrium Health.

The Christian Mission Turkey Trot 5K
Paved, winding roads under a green canopy of trees with abundant wildlife all around the runners. The Meck Mile presented by Albemarle brings people together from all across Charlotte to run, walk, skip or dance their way through the streets surrounding Memorial Stadium. This race gives participants and spectators alike the chance to hit the streets and see the city we call home from an entirely new perspective. Swag bag, post-race food/drink, and children's activities will be available. We know there are many race options each weekend as we head into the Spring.
The festivities include music, activities, some live superheroes and the real heroes, members of all 5 branches of the U.S. The 12th Annual Run Jen Run 5K and Festival will take place at the beautiful Symphony Park in SouthPark. The Rocktoberfest Half Marathon and 5K is a running event that takes place in Rock Hill, South Carolina. It is a fun-filled event that combines running with music and beer. The event includes a half marathon and a 5K race, both of which take place in the scenic Riverwalk neighborhoods of Rock Hill.

Join us for our 13th Annual Turkey Trot to break the cycle of poverty! Celebrate a healthy holiday and help us fight poverty for local families. All net proceeds support The Christian Mission, serving over 4,000+ local individuals in need with food, clothing, rent/utility financial assistance, case management, and educational programming. With 1,500 participants in 2023, this Sara’s YMCA signature event is one of the largest road races in the Ballantyne area.

See beautiful views of the lake and enjoy running on one of the fastest courses in the Charlotte area. We are excited to introduce our 1 Mile Kids Fun Run presented by Brewer Global! This is FREE for kids (registration is required) and includes a fun run finisher medal.
Each recipient will attend CPCC's Summer Bridge academic enrichment program and enroll in a two-year, career-focused degree program specific to the Aviation Department. Additionally, the top winners in each age category will receive an olive wood medal award. St. Nektarios Taking Steps 5K Walk/Run kicks off it Sixth Annual Event on November 18, 2023 in celebration of the Holiday Christmas season. Start your Holiday Joy with Health, Fitness and Helping hands. The Northwestern Turkey Trot is a fundraiser to benefit The Northwestern Cross Country team and The Trojan Club. The Trojan Club supports hundreds of student-athletes in all sports at Northwestern High School in Rock Hill, SC.

To keep the runners motivated, there is a rock band performing live music near the start/finish line. After the race, participants can enjoy an Octoberfest beer garden where they can celebrate their achievements with friends and family. The beer garden will feature a variety of beers, including some of the best local brews. We plan an exciting event each year that attracts close to 1000 runners and walkers in the Charlotte area to benefit these cardiac rehab programs and the services we provide our patients. All finishers and supporters will enjoy a true celebration post-race in beautiful Symphony Park with live music, food, community and craft beer. Join us in community for one of the last fun runs of the year!
